Tiffani is a native to Colorado Springs and loves the outdoors. She also enjoys gardening, golfing, cooking, vacations, and spending time with her family and friends. Tiffani has over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting for the casino and improvement industries, and started out with HomeRiver Group as one of our property accountants. She received her Colorado Real Estate License in early 2022 and became a property manager. She is excited for the adventures, challenges, and growth within the company.

Assistant Property Manager
Ashley was a native from Memphis, and moved to Colorado Springs with her family in 2022. She has over 5 years of experience in property management and in multi- family real estate as a Leasing Agent/Assistant Manager. She assists with showings, customer relations, lease renewals, and vendors. In Ashley's spare time she loves hiking, painting, craft projects, spending time with her family and friends, and most of all spending time with her daughter, born fall 2021. She is learning to love Colorado Springs more and more every day, with its beautiful mountains, and nice cool weather.

Caleigh is a Colorado native and has over 5 years of experience in the customer service industry. From being a first time cashier to a supervisor for a landscaping company, she strives to assist others to ensure their needs are provided for, resulting in a happy work environment from employee to customer. Outside of work Caleigh and her husband love hiking, animals and connecting with nature. They are excited to share the beauty of this state with their newest member coming in 2023.
